Standard FeaturesThe Reveal 4-n-1 has the capabilities of multiple tools without the hassle and time required to hook-up and unhook several pieces of equipment. Because of the multiple functions, this tool allows the operator to control the situation without being limited to a single function piece of equipment. CHISEL PLOWS: Allows you to rip the ground from 0" to 7 1/2" deep. This feature is hydraulically controlled, which means the driver does not need to dismount to make adjustments. The chisel plow teeth are reversible and come in 2" wide standard or "hard faced" versions. Other options include 6", 8", or 12" sweeps. BOX: The box consists of two channels. The front channel is angled to cut off any high material and move it to the outside of the tool. The rear channel is angled so that it catches this material and moves it back to the center of the tool. This movement of material is what makes the Reveal 4-n-1 such an effective leveling tool. The wings on the rear channel extends 6" further than anything else on the sides to allow you to work next to sidewalks or buildings and to pull material back from the rail in arenas. This wing also leaves a smooth finish without the common "ridge" associated with most ground working tools. HARROW BEAM: The harrow beam consists of either a 4"x6" or 6"x6" beam with two rows of harrow teeth that are staggered. This feature helps to comb and settle the material that is being worked. The harrow can also be used to assist in raking any trash from the job site. The harrow beam is hydraulically controlled so that it can be raised for working larger stone and dragging material. The harrow teeth are set at the factory to work 3" deep, but can be adjusted to meet specific needs by driving them up or down to the desired depth. ROLLER: The roller is either 5" or 6" in diameter and has 1/2"x 1" steel pins welded on in a spiral pattern. The roller design is intended to help break up any remaining clods and to firm the surface of the material. The roller is spring loaded to prevent damage from large objects that may be turned up by the harrow teeth. Return to top |

Optional AccessoriesWATER KIT: Available for 7' and 8' models only. It can be purchased with the unit or added at a later time. It has two 65 gallon tanks (130 gallon capacity) with two 12 volt pumps (located under the tanks). Contains positive shut off valves to prevent drips. Magnetic control switch is mounted on the tractor for easy accessibility. Approximately 10 gallons per minute flow rate. Allows the operator to add moisture to the footing/soil when and where it is needed without having to bring in a water wagon or hose. WHEEL KIT: Available on all sizes. It can be purchased with the unit or added later (this does require welding). The wheels allow the tool to be used as a land plane and eliminate "waves" that can occur when using a 3-point tool. RATCHET JACKS: Double action "screw" type ratchet that can be used in place of the hydraulic cylinders. Requires manual adjustment by the operator. |
